THERE ARE NO 4 CAR GARAGE COMPARABLES TRULY EITHER ACTIVE OR SOLD, MAKING THIS HOME UNIQUE.

There have been three sales/closed escrows since 5/1/11 - ranging between $200,000 to $290,000. These statistics which are not close in price are not unusual for Canyon Lake as each property is unique...but this home is really priced well at $205,000.
