Hacienda’s prices have dropped drastically over the last year and a half but the units are selling. In the first quarter only one unit sold but since then there has been fifteen sales.
There are currently nine units on the market, with three of those in escrow.

What makes one unit sell while others sit on the market for a year or more? It is simple, Price.
The units that are priced correctly when they go on the market are selling in the first three months; otherwise the sellers chase the market down with price reduction after price reduction.

Hacienda Carmel is a wonderful condominium community for adults over the age of 55.
Hacienda Carmel is located just minutes to the beach, shopping and close to golf courses including Rancho Canada, Quail Lodge and Camel Valley Ranch.
Amenities include pool, clubhouse, library, restaurant, putting green and walking trails. Hacienda Carmel offers many clubs as well.
The homeowner association dues include not just the typical outdoor fixes but also cover your utilities, replacement of your furnace and water heater.
One of the many benefits is the sun. In the summer when it is foggy in town the sun seems to beam bright here making the residence of this community happy to sit out by the pool!
