It seems that spring and now summer hyave helped out the Quail Lodge real estate market; things have finnaly picked up. There was only one property that sold in the first quarter compared to four in the last quarter. There are currently four properties in escrow; which is much more in line with the past healthy Quail market. As I have said before it is all in the pricing!
