A total of 164 Chino homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Aug. 30. Included were 73 single-family homes not in associations. There were 91 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Chino on Aug. 30; 60 listed homes were reported as vacant.
The MLS showed 23 foreclosed, or Real Estate Owned, homes listed in Chino on Aug. 30; 94 others were in pre-foreclosure - listed as "in foreclosure," Notice of Default or Short Pay/Subject to Lender.
Ten Chino homes were reported as sold in the MLS during the week ending Aug. 30, 2009.

Eighteen Chino homes were listed for sale during the week ending July 19, 2009, according to the MLS.
A total of175 Chino homes were listed for sale in the MLS on July 19. Included were 75 single-family homes not in associations. There were 100 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Chino on July 19; 76 listed homes were reported as vacant.
The MLS showed 29 foreclosed, or Real Estate Owned, homes listed in Chino on July 19; 103 others were in pre-foreclosure - listed as "in foreclosure," Notice of Default or Short Pay/Subject to Lender.
Twelve Chino homes were reported as sold in the MLS during the week ending July 18, 2009.
