This is a market activity report of closed house sales and active home listings in the city of Chino Hills California, for December 2011.
According to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), there were 58 closed Chino Hills home sales from December 1st to December 31st, 2011.
And according to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), there are 43 Chino Hills active listings from December 1st to December 31st, 2011.

Chino Hills Million Dollar Homes Sales Report December 2011
There are three less active million dollar Chino Hills homes. In November, there were a total of 19 active homes. December showed 16 active homes in the Chino Hills luxury home market. These homes are currently ranging in price from $1,230,000 and up to $5,388,000.
Pending sales of these Chino Hills Luxury homes are up since October. There were two pending sales in December. Both of these homes are taking back up offers. There have been thirty two closed million dollar homes in the past six months. There were five closed sales for million dollar homes in Chino Hills for the month of December. These sales ranged in price from $1,328,000 to $1,699,000. The average selling price was $2,016,067. This is an increase since last month 's sales. The average days on market for these homes was 99 days. This is up from last month's average of 87 days on the market.
