Came home from work today and my Chihuahua, CoCo, was upstairs barking and growling. So I run upstairs and here she is barking at the birds in the backyard.

She was so excited as it appeared to be about 10-15 birds flying around and standing on the wall near the feeder.

Then as I got closer to the window I noticed my other Chihuahua was outside barking at the birds too. By the time I ran downstairs, Tootie was on the wall and of course the birds had flown off.

Gives a new meaning to “Bird Watching” doesn’t it?

I bought this plant a year ago. It was beautiful and even my dogs liked to go and sniff the flowers.

Recently I noticed it looked like it was dying!

I found it hiding in the geraniums.

When watering it, a huge grasshopper jumped off.

This Grasshopper decided to go swimming.

Good-bye to the bad little grasshopper!

This is one insect I do not like and they do so much damage to our plants and flowers. Unfortunately I could not save the plant and I had to throw it away.

It was a cold and rainy day but when I arrived at the baby shower, Sophia was laying in front of the fire.

I reminded me of a water color when they paint the cat curled up in front of a blazing fire. She laid there for at least an hour and didn’t care that the house was full of people making noise. Everyone stopped to pet her and had to step over her since she never moved. She is such a funny girl!

I used to do open houses for the owner and we are old friends. Sophia is 10 years old and isn’t she pretty?
