Affiliate marketing is a quick, inexpensive way to break into internet marketing but keep this in mind. Statistically speaking, hardly anyone makes money doing it. Then why are we even wasting your time talking about it? The main reason most people don't make money with affiliate marketing is they don't try!

You might think you're trying when you buy some Google ads, toss them up on the internet and sit back to count the cash rolling in. Anyone hear those crickets? If it was that easy, we'd all be rich.
Don't get me wrong. For every product out there, a handful of affiliates have found the key to Fort Knox and are making ridiculous amounts of money. If you approach affiliate marketing smart and take the time to learn, you could be living the lifestyle of the rich and famous.
As with anything, stick with it!
But what is affiliate marketing? At its very basic, affiliate marketing is when you undertake your own marketing efforts to sell someone else's product. In return, they give you a cut of the sales. Sometimes as much as 90% if you're hawking informational products from Clickbank.
How do you market for affiliate commissions? We mentioned Google Ads but that's not a good way to start until you have some experience. If you have your own newsletter or website, you can do a product review or otherwise suggest it to your visitors/readers.
A very popular and successful free way to market is via articles. Check out EzineArticles.com for the lowdown on how this works.

The Market Report for Central Costa Mesa Homes is below:

Based upon general definitions, it appears that Central Costa Mesa should be in a Sellers' Market though it still appears to be a Buyers' market. Given all that is going on in the credit market and the banking industry, we are in an unusual time and will have to see what happens over the next few months as things hopefully begin to stabilize.
