Costa Mesa Mesa del Mar

We are very excited! My family and I just moved into a rental at the Mesa Del Mar housing tract in Costa Mesa, CA. As a person in the real estate business, the most important part of where you call home is Location, Location, and Location!

Of course I love where I live. Home is where the heart is after all! J This particular tract, Mesa del Mar, was built in 1964.

Mesa del Mar is a very family oriented neighborhood, and having a son of my own; that means a lot in terms of my wife and I wanting him to have wonderful memories of growing up in a great, safe place. And it’s never too early to think about good school districts when you have children, so we are setting up roots where we feel most comfortable and “at home”.

Mesa del Mar is in close proximity of South Coast Plaza, All Orange County Beaches and Attractions, Orange County Fairgrounds (which incredibly hosts more than a million visitors every year), Orange Coast College, John Wayne Airport, Freeway systems, and shopping. There is much to see in the way of the Arts as well. The Orange County Performing Arts Center, South Coast Repertory, and The Pacific Amphitheater are places to check out.
