About Mono County, CA

The Town Council for Mammoth Lakes CA has approved the Snowcreek 8 project. This project includes almost 800 residential, fractional and hotel units as well as unsurpassed access to the Sherwin Mountain Range and and on-call free transportation to the ski slopes and other areas of town. The developer, Chadmar, says that construction may begin as early as next year although there is an enormous amount of grading work to be done. This will be the first real estate project to start construction since the real estate market downturn and it's because the developer believes we have hit the bottom of the market.

In addition to adding a second daily nonstop from Los Angeles, Horizon will offer new daily nonstop service from San Jose and Reno and direct (same-plane, one-stop) service from Seattle and Portland.

This post is about Real Estate so I am coming to my friends and members at Activerain.

Growing up in Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes I am always interested in properties on Lakes, Rivers or the ocean. I own a lake lot in northern Minnesota 90 miles south of Canada and the view looks very similar to this photograph (above).

Nu Nu and I have not been back to Minnesota in over seven years to spend any time at our lake lot. I have decided to sell it because we never go by to Minnesota for visits and it is to far away. My brother went to look at our lake lot and take some photographs so I can advertise the property better.

I have another property for sale - 11.2 acres in Dyer Nevada 5 hours north of Las Vegas.

My dream is to some day purchase a building lot over looking the ocean some where North of San Fransisco. But for now I would settle for a nice building lot in California like the one in the photograph.

I am not planning on moving from Las Vegas, I am just looking for a place to get away on the weekends and hot summer days.

I also like river properties!

If anyone can help me find a lake property like the one above or help me sell some of my properties it would be very much appreciated!
