The cost of Homes in Sonora CA increased this week.

The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage rose to
$234,570.

Currently Sonora CA Real Estate*
has an average market time of 172 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora
CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory decreased this week to 66 with
an average asking price of $403,470 and an average time of 158 days on
the market.

When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are
418 homes for sale with a average asking price of $354,680 and an
average of 174 days on the market.

25 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week)

North Tuolumne County Homes
223 Homes priced under $300k (Down 3 from last week)
134 priced between $300 and $500k, (Down 14 from last week)
