Crestline home sales for the Month of March 2011. We are still seeing a lot of foreclosure and short sale action happening in the Crestline home sales. The one thing that this is showing is that it is an excellent market for a Buyer to get in on a good thing. If you are looking for a vacation home or a full time home, the Iron will never be hotter in the Lake Gregory/Crestline area. Crestline, CA home sales for the month of December 2010.
Crestline is still being hit with bank owned properties which is a reason for the pricing in the low to under $100K range. The good news is that it is an excellent time to look in to buying a vacation home in the Lake Gregory area. The inventory is very good and you can get a lot of home for the money.
