Crow Canyon Country Club Market Update for November and Year to Date
The residents of Crow Canyon Country Club are gearing up for our annual Food Drive. All the volunteers will be out this week delivering bags to the homeowners for a contribution to the Contra Costa Food Bank.
The high winds we experienced over the past couple of days brought some unwanted tree branches into the yards and golf course. The folks that maintain the area were swift in their clean-up removing the debris on the streets.

Crow Canyon Homes For Sale - 8 - 5 Townhomes & 3 Patio Homes

4 Homes went under contract in November - 2 Townhomes price range $360,000 to $549,000, & 2 Patio Homes price range $559,000 to $670,000
Summary of Crow Canyon Country Club Sold & Closed year to date thru November 30, 2011 compared to the same period in 2010.


The 2 bedroom townhomes and the single family homes have more of a decline in prices than the other homes in Crow Canyon. This is due to 2 of the homes selling in the high $300K range, both "fixer uppers". The executive style homes in addition to the market price adjustment across the board was also influenced by a bank owned property that sold for $699,000.

I am working with a group of wealthy foreign buyers who are cash-rich. They especially like to buy in the prestigious Blackhawk for up to $2.5M, ideally 4000 sq ft or larger and no swim pool if possible. Please contact me if you have a listing coming up or you know someone who's thinking about selling a home in Blackhawk area. Right now, there aren't many homes for sale in that area, let alone a home without swim pool (a rare attribute I found out). I'd greatly appreciate any lead.
