I happen to think that Elan at Dublin Station is the best place in Dublin CA to buy a condo. Although the location is a "10", it's more than that. Starting with location... simply walk across the parking lot to the BART Station to catch a train to employment centers in Pleasanton, Oakland or San Francisco from this line, or change lines and commute to Walnut Creek or Fremont. No traffic hassles, no commuter hassles, no parking issues. Now let's talk about the homes...all the homes were recently built, most in 2007-2008 and have great features like granite slab counter tops, high ceilings, interior laundry and split bedroom plans. Add the amenities, like the fitness center, game room (with flat screen TV and billiards) and hot tubs. Wrap it all up with diversity, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, single story, two story, some with lofts and even spiral staircases. I think it's a place where anyone can call it home sweet home!
