I grew up in West Contra Costa County and still have a lot of friends and clients in that area. The first home of my own (actually an apartment was in El Sobrante), so today I am going to look at Homes for Sale in El Sobrante California. This report focuses on Single Family Homes in El Sobrante currently on the market and compares them to Homes Sold in El Sobrante in November and December.

Currently there are 29 Homes for Sale in El Sobrante The Average Asking Price is $350,631.00 and the Median Price is $277,500.00. The Average Price per SF is $187.00 and the Average Days on Market is 85 Days.

In October 39 Homes sold in El Sobrante for an Average Price of $323,666.00 and the Median Price of the Homes sold was $294,000.00. The Average Price Per SF was $181.00 with the Average Days on Market of 35.

In November Home for Sale in El Sobrante again totaled 15 sold with an Average Price of $318,172.00 and a Median Price of $310,000.00. The Average Price Per SF was $176.00 and the Average Days on Market was 74.

In November the numbers were apparently contradictory for Homes Sold in El Sobrante. El Sobrante is an eclectic area with very expensive homes and entry level homes.  This accounts for some numbers going up and others going down at the same time. The Market is very still very tight and any slow down might just be a seasonal slow down.
