Encinitas Real Estate, Lunch Time, 2nd Stop- Off the Hook

Well here I am at my 2nd lunch time stop in Encinitas CA.  This is another fairly new place, I have been here once before and though I would try it again for a final verdict on any further visits.  Keep in mind my qualifications, I've lived here most of my life, was schooled here, play here and have worked at the Coldwell Banker since 1984.  In other words, I will try to steer you in the right direction.  The lunch here was ok and would have been better if I took it to the beach to eat because something about fish and the ocean. Dining outdoors in a shopping center parking lot next to the cars going by...well.

The employees have been gracious to me now on both of my visits but the owner was in today and doesn't share in the gracious attitude of the people working for him.  For this reason only the exterior will be shown.  I can not therefore put my approval on this eatery and will not return again.  Good food and a gracious host will help any business in this economy.  If the PR from this blog increase the business, I am happy for the employees because they did a nice job.
