Search for a quiet gated community in Encinitas CA

Recently I had a Bank listing in Sage Canyon, a gated community of only 33 upscale homes in the southern portion of Encinitas CA. The last 3 homes sold in the Sage Canyon neighborhood ranged in size from 3200 - over 3500 square feet with lot sizes large enough for swimming pools. The average home has 4-5 bedrooms and most have a 3 car garage. I found the area very kid friendly and one of San Diego's leading private schools "The Gaurer School" is within walking distance.

The gated community is very popular despite its small number of homes as I had over 6 offers on this bank property within the first 30 days of marketing the home. Of course the old methods of marketing a home were used including newspapers, San Diego real estate magazines, flyers, post cards and then I used the newer type of marketing on the social networks, facebook, linkedin, twitter and craigslist and lastly, my personal sphere of influence.

I would suggest this gated community to any buyer in the move up catagory. Another important note, the area is beach, shopping and freeway close. Solana Beach and Del Mar are only 1 and 2 exits away from this lovely gated Encinitas neighborhood.

Of course Encinitas CA has many gated communities from the entry level condo, oceanfront complex and the upscale gated community. By the way today, "Valentines Day" 2011, the weather is sunny and a comfortable 70 degrees, look me up if you have a need in my neck of the woods.
