Today I recieved this email from our SoCal company president. It's from one of our buyers. I know we have some picky buyers, this may be a new high for a Feng Shui Home Search.

This home's price, size, and view is totally acceptable, but the view is desert. That tells us that in winter it will be colder. We need warm winter weather and this home has another problem.....the house number has a four.

Please continue to try, same kind of home and the same kind of price, and must have San Diego winter temperature. Also the home must follow these conditions: house must be after 1978 absolutely no 4, 23, 32 in the house number if there is slope involved in topography and it goes left to right,Left side must be Higher than right side when you are inside the house looking out. If slope goes front to back-the Back side must be Higher, UNLESS ithas PANORAMIC VIEW. In this case you take the view and correct the problem.

Space in front should be open,leveled, or gently slopes away fromhouse, never blocking the front door or slope goes up in front of it. The house cannot face straight into a road, so the car lights would not beamdirectly into the house. If the road curves, house should be inside the curve, as though road hugs it.

The steps leading to front door count as 1,2,3,4,(as one group)1 and 2 always good, 3 and 4 always bad.So if there is 6 steps, it will be 1,2,3,4,1,2 -very good, and they cannot be in the strait line. Garage should be on the right side of the house, from inside looking out. If house has stairs inside ,they cannot face front door.

When you find a house around 300000 cash- our offering price please check if house has these feng shui characteristics. As my representative please negotiate the lowest price possible. Especially, if you already know which houses can be negotiated down to our price, we should persue that house. I thank you very much for your due diligent. I give you two months to find this home for me.
