About Fairfield's Cordelia

Having lived in Cordelia Village since 1988, I know the ins and outs of the community from personal experience. With a son at Rodriguez High School, and a daughter at Stanford University I have been involved in community activities from basic education to sports and drama as well as other extracurricular events with my family and neighbors.

I specialize in first time home buyers moving in to Cordelia and Southbrook, as well as move-ups into larger homes in Cordelia, Southbrook, Green Valley, Rancho Solano and other areas of Solano County. Cordelia Village and Southbrook are sister communities located at the 680/80 Junction near Cordelia in Fairfield. Collectively known as "Cordelia", this community is popular due to its relative affordability, terrific schools from Kindergarten through 12th grades and its proximity to Sacramento, San Francisco and the Napa Valley. Homes in this area range in size from approximately 1000 square feet to over 3000 square feet. Here you'll find starter homes as well as Executive semi-custom homes. The neighborhood is bordered by highways 680 and 80 as well as the Suisun Marsh and rolling hills.
