About Fremont's Brookvale

There was a time where I blog posted every day about Fremont real estate and homes in Fremont CA. Since then, I have not blog posted about Fremont homes or anything for that matter until now.

In the Brookvale Elementary School area, a couple things are stirring. First, my Fremont home for sale on 3670 Alder Ave is back on the market and getting many showings--we need the exposure. It is a good Fremont home at a good Fremont sales price. The Trulia link is here at http://www.trulia.com/property/3028428984-3670-Alder-Ave-Fremont-CA-94536. Second, and not so related, is that significant sized trout are being caught in Fremont CA at the Quarry Lakes. I have seen Fremont trout being caught twice just by observing the Fremont fishing enthusiasts giving it a try. During the most recent bike ride through Quarry Lakes, my two kids and I had watched a Fremont fisherman catch a decent sized trout. I'm hooked. This Sunday, I am taking my kids out to Quarry Lakes for a go.

Our office is finishing the sale on two Fremont homes for sale this Friday, so it will be nice to take a well-earned, relaxing break. With two second-timers--I will try to relax as best as I can. Wish us luck.

Good Morning Fellow Readers:

It is interesting to read all the blog posts, well as much as possible anyway! Some posts are personal, some are more technical. All in all, its a way for the readers and visitors to meet and greet the industry from their lap top! For me, I get to experience this from our local hang out in Fremont called Suju's. A local coffee shop that is spacious, has lots of tables to congregate at, comfy couches and chairs and a ambiance. Best of all, the coffee is freshly roasted in the back of the room and the Internet is FREE!

In most of my net-working groups I attend, mixer's I crash, and areas of Fremont I shop, I seem to run into at least 1 or 2 acquaintances at Suju's. It is a great local hang out for college kids, high school kids, entrepreneurs, and YES REALTORS! It should be a common practice to shop the area and meet and greet! Sipping a cup of coffee, loaded with cream ( I will work out later) is a great opportunity to clear ones head from the busy hustle and bustle of selling Real Estate in Fremont. It drives us into a calmer plane of existance to better serve our community and clients. Our clients are stressed...want to purchase, need to sale.... and most certainly require our up most positive attitude and attention.

Our Real Estate market is tough right now. Those selling REO'S put on a face of "lucky me"...but on the inside they are screaming for some release and hopes of a normal market. Paying for those water and PGE bills can get annoying. Taking thousands of calls...or not.. emails seems more like it cause they are too busy to call you back. It's just a commodity at this point.

Ah yes...Suju's! A local coffee shop where we can connect with our local area and meet and greet our neighbors. Make some connections, learn about what is happening. It is a place to reconnect with those families we have put into homes. It is a place to give back to the community by introducing a local hang out to friends, colleagues, clients and neighbors. A local Fremont coffee shop that allows you to set up your lap top, connect with the FREE Internet and search for homes, email clients and build relationships. Fellow readers, find your local hang out and reconnect with your local Real Estate market. Fremont, Brookvale...A Suju's local coffee shop is where you will find me, meeting and greeting and learning the local Fremont Real Estate Market and sharing it with others!
