The Casa Bella development is one of only two condominium complexes in Winchester Ca. Located in the southern section of Winchester. it sets in the French Valley area served by the Temecula school district.
The client I am working with has seen all five of the homes currently on the market and would like to see a few more before making a purchase. Location in the development does not matter and since he will be paying cash we can close quickly.

I'm at it again, the other day when I was in Concord Estates, I did come across a really nice home, see the video preview below. This is a single story, missing appliances, but that happens in our market. Although this house needs a cleaning and a new stove, it is not a bad home, and for Concord estates in Frenc Valley Temecula, this is not a bad deal at $230k. Take a look and call me with questions.

Here we go again, as I read the paper and see the dysmal outlook for this year and the next 50 or so... I keep wondering, why builders are opening new comunities. With the economy as ad as it is, they could not possibly expect to actually sell homes???
As time will have it, here is another hopeful, KB homes is starting up new contruction in Concord Estates here in French Valley. From the looks of it, I am going to say we may see models sometime this summer. Now that Ryland has shut down in Concord, this will be the only active builder, and taking a hint from the other cuilders in French Valley, they may do just fine.
To give you an idea of what is being offered here, homes are starting aroudn the $250k mark, and some go as low as 230k, usually on a special offering though, but look around and you can find some pretty sweet deals on and off.
