Sunny Hills High School Opens its Doors to the Public

Sunny Hills High School of Fullerton is opening its doors to the public. On Monday, January 11, at 6 P.M. at the school's Performing Arts Center, an open house will be held. The school is holding an informational meeting, showing what the school has to offer in terms of college level courses (AP,IB, Honors). Student performances will be held along with a tour of the agricultural petting zoo, department displays, campus tour, art gallery showing and a question and answer period with students.

Sunny Hills is one of the top schools in the country according to various publications, with 20 advanced placement courses and an international baccalaureate programme. The school is open to various local school districts and is holding entrance exams this month to current 8th grade students. Here is the flyer for the event. Google Maps.

Fullerton California: I am happy to announce that I just assisted another wonderful family in purchasing their first home. Mr & Mrs G had called me on another one of my listing in the Sunny Hills. They were trying to purchase their first home in either the Laguna Road school district or the Fisler school district.

Unfortunately the home they called on already had several offers and they were unable to make an acceptable offer. I promised them that I would help them find the "home that was just right for them"and most important for them, " in the right school district"!

It only took a few weeks, with the help of "The Listing Book" program that I enrolled them in, for us to find and purchase the home on Millstream. Mr & Mrs G were obtaining an FHA loan which took about 45 days to "process" or "close the escrow". We were all happy at the walk through! I love helping people and making money at the same time!
