If anyone out there has any discounted luxury homes in So Cal, send them my way. I am now working with a Buyer that buys luxury homes at 80-90% of their value and then resells them quickly. If you have any Sellers that need to sell NOW, send me an e-mail.
He buys cash and closes fast. They can be divorce, probate, or even Short Sales. We will be in touch. I pay for referrals (of course)

Is making your Cell Phone Number *PRIVATE* getting you more business?
It's interesting when I make calls to agents regarding a showing which requires an appointment. I had several such incidents the past week.
Case #1: This was a regular listing and I called the listing agent to set up the appointment to show my client the property. I could not get through as it went directly to voicemail so I left a message. A few hours later, the agent called back. I did not recognize the number since it was BLOCKED but I picked it up anyways. Anywho, I set up the appointment and showed the property.
Case #2: I had a property listed for sale. It was priced well and I received many calls on it. An agent called and asked if it was still available and I mentioned to her that it is. It is shown by appointment only. She wanted to see if I could set up the appointment for her which I did. However, there was one thing missing. Her PHONE NUMBER to call her back. She had called on a BLOCKED number. After I hung up with the agent, I contacted the owner to confirm the appointment time. When I called her back, her voicemail came on so I left a message.
The message I'm trying to convey is this. I am puzzled as to why some agents BLOCKED their cell phone number when making phone calls. Aren't we in the business to inform everyone what we do? One way to do that is to be transparent...which means revealing information about us so it can be easily accessible. We do not have to be Secret Agents and work undercover. Don't be SHY! Let me put it this way. You do not EVEN have to be of legal age to do so....EXPOSED your number! There is nothing to HIDE.
It's one thing to conceal your phone number to other agents, but what about your own clients? If they do not recognize your number, they may not pick up the phone. Some may have a reason for doing so but it makes obvious sense to me to be TRANSPARENT. You may end up getting more business.

I am a native Californian, so rain is not something that I am used to dealing with. A Buyer of mine asked me to take some pictures for two homes that she is seriously thinking about purchasing. I do not mind at all. Both are worth nearly $500,000 and I have already visited one. I know that this is definitely what she is looking for. I am just not used to getting wet (lol).
What is the postal service motto? "Neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow..." Sleet? Snow?? I guess that it could be a lot worse.

The months of supply of homes for sale is extremely low for single family homes in Hacienda Heights. From this time last year, the supply of homes for sale has decreased by 55%.

Over the past year the median sales price has increased by 21%. Since last year, the average days on the market has decreased by 13%. Homes are on the market 8 days less than before.
So what does all this mean for you? It means that if you are a seller in Hacienda Heights, you are quite likely to be able to sell quickly and receive multiple offers.
