Huntington Harbor 2011 Holiday Boat Parade

As a Real Estate Broker, I never fully appreciated the long term benefit of selling friends a beautiful home located in the exclusive gated community of Coral Cay, in Huntington Beach, California.

Over the many years, their home with a large private dock has been the preferred location for Annual Holiday Parties highlighted by the Huntington Harbor Holiday Boat Parade.

As we enjoyed watching the boat parade last night, it became obvious that it was better than last year.  There were more boats, more lights, more music and the boats were moving faster.  There was MORE Holiday Spirit and excitement in the air.  You can sense The Holiday Spirit in the Huntington Harbor 2011 Boat Parade Video.

In Real Estate, we look for signs that indicate changes in The Market.  While news coverage tends to focus on negative events, I choose to focus on Positive Events and look for Positive Signs.  Based upon what I observed last night at the Huntington Harbor 2011 Holiday Boat Parade, I predict a very good year for a lot of people.  

It's a great time to be a buyer that will benefit from historically low interest rates and lower pricing offered by motivated sellers.  If you're qualified to buy a home, YOU should be buying a home.
