There are a total of three different floor plan collections to choose from in the community with the Amalfi collection featuring six different home styles to choose from. The Amalfi collection offers the least square footage, but does not lack in luxury or exquisiteness by any means.

Moving up in size a bit comes the Bellagio Collection with properties ranging from 3,600 square feet to 4,500 square feet. This collection also features six different floor plans and home styles that all have exterior finishes identical to the Amalfi collection. You can upgrade finishes for more expensive floor plans as well.

The most luxurious collection from the Toscana Country Club is the Cortona collection, which has everything a person could dream for. The sizes range from 4,900 to 5,400 square feet and feature a plethora of different floor plans to choose from. Speaking of customization, the ability to build a custom home is an option as well at the Toscana Country Club in Indian Wells. There are sites available just off of the gorgeous fairway and mountain views that start around $1.2 million. With this you have the ability to choose from any of the floor plans offered by the community or you can design your own custom home as long as it is approved by the Homeowner's Association.

Toscana Country Club debuted in 2004 as Indian Wells' newest country club. Olive trees and rosemary mounds flank the hill leading up to the turreted stone entryway of cobblestones, terracota pots, cypress and roses. Once inside this Tuscan-inspired enclave, luxury and serenity abound. When completed, Toscana will be home to just 652 homes perched over two Jack Nicklas Signature golf courses.

The North course offers up desert xeriscape while the South course is more traditional with rolling elevation changes and water on 11 holes. Generous fairways on both courses accommodate players of all skill levels and grant staggering vistas of the nearby Santa Rosa Mountains. Tee times are not required.

Perched on a hillside above the community sits Club Villa, the jewel of the development—a 90,000 square-foot complex of five buildings encompassing golf, tennis and fitness facilities.

Spa Bella Vita and the Sports Facility are truly in a league of their own. The former offers a sumptuous sanctuary of serene pampering while the latter offers the latest equipment, yoga clases, even a dedicated Pilates studio.
