4 mile solo run at SHADY CANYON TRAIL in the hills of Irvine ... slow pace in the sunshine today ... was what I needed (using lots of SPF40 sunscreen lotion).

The SHADY CANYON TRIAL trail starts and finishes for us at Turtle Rock Community Park Irvine.

Shady Canyon trail bike path and separate running trail is city owned and cared for and open to the public.

Shady Canyon Trail is located near our home in Turtle Rock and has been one of our favorite local trails for walking and running. Christi and I at Shady abpit 2 or 3 times each week.

Back to the park from Shady Canyon and pushups for fitness in the near the tennis courts at Turtle Rock Community Park.
