The prices at The Hideaway have come down-- and the inventory has as well. But this is probably more a factor of the homes/listings that have been taken off the market during our off-season-- summer.

This season-- Nov- April, should be a good one for sales at The Hideaway-- the prices are competitive with other upscale country clubs, and these are newer homes. The culture at The Hideaway is younger and more energetic than many of the clubs here in the desert. The members are active, healthy, athletic, and like to have a good time!
