Laguna Beach a la Carte - A Food & Wine Experience is presented by the Laguna Beach Visitors & Conference Bureau and takes place March 8 -11, 2012. I know it's been a few weeks since Christmas so I am a little late about posting any pictures. I live in South Orange County, CA. and Laguna Beach is one of most favorite parts of the country. So much culture here, very much an artistic city, so many museums and it's awesome city right along the coast and some of the best beaches it's just an awesome city! During Christmas while a good majority of the country is dreaming of a while Christmas here Laguna Beach we had a very beautiful sunny day.. Cloudless skies and in the 70s... Though I was still in the process of recovering from the flu it was just nice to be outside soaking up the sun and just sitting on the beach chillin in the sand and watching the tide come in.

Laguna Beach Short Sale Agents|What is a Short Sale?

A short sale is any time you owe more on your home mortgage than current home value on the real estate market, and your lender allows you to sell the home for less than the current loan value, that is a short sale. The conditions vary somewhat but with the market prices of homes in Laguna Beach taking a deep plunge in the last several years, many homeowners find themselves facing new and difficult financial circumstances, often the by product of a job loss or failed investment produce the inability to keep up with their mortgage payments.

A successful Laguna Beach short sale agent will bring skill and short sale listing experience to the table and will already know how to excel in handling the complex and sometimes seemingly treacherous processes that are part of every Aliso Viejo short sale.

In your Laguna Beach short sale, there are four seats at the bargaining table with four different interests. Your Laguna Beach short sale agent must be constantly aware of and carefully negotiate the interests of each. They are:
