Many are short sales and as a Catta Verdera short sale agent I have had recent success selling Lincoln short sale homes. As of today 20% of the available inventory in Catta Verdera are Catta Verdera short sale homes. The remaining 80% are a combination of Lincoln bank owned homes, traditional sales, and investor flips.
