This neighborhood park, really does serve this neighborhood exclusively. Livermore Downs is a condominium complex, and this 4.5 acre park is tucked away near the base of the community. Just past the homeowner association’s swimming area, wide expanses of lawn are home to a tot lot, basketball courts and tennis courts.
