The late 90s and 2000s saw a number of stately new home developments as part of the South Livermore Plan. One such subdivision was Portofino by Beck Homes. Built in 1998, these one and two story homes range in size from 2745 square feet to the largest models with 3824 sq. ft. Models have 3 or 4 car detached garages. Amenities vary and include front porches, pantries, master suites and in-law unit. Lot sizes range from 12,000 to 19,000 sq. ft. Three base floor plan options to choose from.
