One of the most prominent builders in Livermore during the later 60s, early 70s was Mehran, who built several major developments – Sunset East, Sunset West, Shadowbrook and Whispering Pines. Shadowbrook is located on the southeastern side of Livermore. These family homes were mostly of the Çalifornia one story ranch, but there were two story models as well. Offering a variety of floor plans and sizes, there was a model to suit nearly everyone.
Lot sizes vary greatly from 8000 to as large as 23,000 sq. ft. Over the years, many of these homes have been remodeled and expanded, but the floor plan options below signify original builder sizes. Most have two car garages, except where noted.
