Sunset Homes was a popular builder in Livermore during the 70s, with several developments to their credit: Sunset West, Sunset East and The Meadow. This subdivision was built during 1973, primarily featuring the traditional one story California Ranch, with two car garages. Although some large two-story models exist as well. Better than average lot sizes at 7200 sq. ft to 15,000 sq. ft. Seven floor plans to choose from.
