A busy builder during the late 60s, early 70s, Sunset Homes had several neighborhoods constructed in what is termed the ‘southside’ of the city. The Whispering Pines neighborhood is popular for the floor plans, as well as the ample lot sizes (7700-12,000). California Ranch in style, there are one and two story homes.
