Full Moon Tonight and a Nice Surprise at the End!

I took my new camera out tonight and tried again to take some full moon shots (93%).

They came out more interesting and you can tell what you are looking at.

No clouds in the sky tonight…yeah!

And here was a nice surprise on my porch as this little bird comes to sleep here on cold nights.

What in the World is Wordle.net……..Part 2

Last week I had found out from one of my students that there was something called Wordle? Never heard of it so I looked it up, found it, tried it, and been having a lot of fun with it ever since.

Here are several examples:

You can enter your links on the site to make a Wordle.

You can type in certain words only in the back to make a special composition.

You can change the colors, move it horizontal or vertical, and jumble the words. You can put words together with (“) astericks outside the words to keep them together or try a (~) tilde mark.

Full Moon on a Cloudy Night

Last night I got up at 3:00 a.m. and drove to Hulda~Crook~Park in Loma~Linda to take pictures of the full moon. Unfortunately, it was really cloudy and I did not get the shot I wanted but it came out very interesting anyway.

My Night Critters Love the Cat Food…Get Out!

My friend lives a couple of blocks away in Loma Linda and has trouble with critters in her yard. She has two cats and the dreaded cat door.

She has 3 baby raccoons that come to eat the cat food every night. Sometimes they walk into the kitchen through the cat door. She yells “Get Out” and they turn around and run out! Here is a couple of pictures she shared with me.
