For the month ending January 2012, the Plaza area of Long Beach saw an increase of four (4) home sales when compared to last year's numbers.
At the end of January 2011 there were on record nine (9) closed sales and this inventory consisted of 2-REO’s, 2-Short sales and 5-Standard sales. When we focus on the "sales type "information from this year to last year you will notice that there was no real change as to the number of distressed properties which had sold. This years closed inventory consisted of 2-REO’s, 3-Short Sales, 7-Standard sales and 1-Probate sale.
