Just sending a hopefully stimulating and informative message to say Hello, and let you know homes continue to sell in warm, sunny Silicon Valley! I've been out there selling houses this past Summer, I just sold 4 more homes since June 30th. I remain in the Top 10% in my Coldwell Banker Los Gatos office, which is significant considering my office does the most residential sales in Silicon Valley!

So it is now the week before Labor Day Weekend, Kids have gone back to school and we know Autumn is a few weeks away.
