MY listing at 24092 Castilla Lane, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 was added to MY LOCAL MLS, like all of my listings. Here is MY LISTING as MLS # S673407 per SoCalMLS.
In addition, I acquire a property specific website. Here is the website for 24092castilla.com.
Because this home is a member of Lake Mission Viejo, I include a video of the lake, and a link on the website, connecting to My YouTube Channel, featuring several other videos of Mission Viejo and Lake Mission Viejo.

Part Two (BEGINS HERE)
After submitting a listing to the MLS and benefiting by automatic "Branded" syndication, and helpful syndication by others, it's time to do some of our own syndication. Let's begin with writing a post about our new Real Estate Listing.
Just Listed!
Although we are doing Web syndication, there is no reason not to follow a familiar pattern in marketing a property. The first post should be an online "Just Listed" notification. Here is the one that I prepared for 24092 Castilla Lane, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
During the course of marketing a listing, additional posts featuring an open house, price reductions, new concessions, tract, neighborhood, sales activity, parks, schools, Just Sold, the community and any other property related topics are appropriate. Be sure to provide links that cross-reference related posts about the property. All of these posts, are part of a Online Marketing System for syndicating a Real Estate Listing. In addition, the more posts that you write about properties and your community, the better "Branded" you will become.
After writing a marketing post, which was probably written on an Active Rain Blog, immediately start to feed the post to other sites, and begin the process of syndication.
Active Rain: Post to 5 Groups, in addition to the distribution Channel and Hyper-Loc
al Pages. In fact, you can post directly into other groups, and receive 200 points per post, until exceeding your limit. Having your post Featured by Active Rain or any Group, RE-BLOGGED or even LINKED in another post, are all forms of syndication.
Twitter: Use a shortened URL and tweet about your new post. By repeating this tweet at different times of the day, or days of the week, you will increase the number of people that may actually see your tweet, and perhaps read your post.
LinkedIn: You should be a member. New posts can be added to your Profile.
Facebook (Personal): I don't do this on my "Personal" Page, but YOU may feel differently.
Facebook (Business): This is exactly why you have a "Business" page. It's time to use it.
WordPress Blog: WHY duplicate a post on different Blog sites? Because, people search in different places! Do you really think that any two of your posts will appear next to each other on a Google search? If they do, GREAT!
Websites: You may or may not use your websites for posts, but if you do, add it to each site.
After syndicating your post as shown above, we can then begin "Advanced" syndication of a Real Estate Listing. Part Three (Coming Soon).
