Out South Jefferson Street right off Imola and close to the Riverpark Shopping Center, you will find a newer housing development called Sheveland Ranch. There are currently four active homes for sale in Sheveland ranch. There are 2 properties that are contingent and 1 pending. Since the beginning of the year, there have been 4 sold properties. The average sales price was $350,000. The average square foot size was 1758. With and average sales price of $210 per square foot.
