Its a new year so lets look at One Ford Road Real Estate in 2011 and what just happened the last quarter of 2010.

The year ended with a total of 9 homes sold from Oct-Dec of 2010.

3 homes are in escrow waiting to close, and there are 16 active listings. I am happy to say that none of the active listings are short sales or bank owned.

List prices range from $1,450,000 for a Balboa plan 1 which is 2500 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths to $ 22,000,000 for a custom home on an acre with a main house of 12,000 sq ft. 8 bedrooms, 12 baths, and a 6 car garage!!!!

One Ford Road is a delightful neighborhood, particularly if you have children. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of residents that do not have kids, but there are many amenities that will keep every member of your family busy in this community.
