Newport Beach Bay-front homes are one of the most desirable properties on the Orange County Coast. While some think that driving to the peninsula point takes too long, it's well worth the views when you arrive. (It really just takes about 10 minutes) but when you live in Newport everything is so close, locals don't like to drive.
At the peninsula point you may either live on the ocean front or on the bay front. Today I want to talk about the bay-front homes. Yesterday during Realtors preview I was privileged to view some of the best locations and views in Newport Beach.
