Thirty-seven Ontario homes were listed for sale during the week ending Dec. 20, 2008, and 26 homes entered escrow, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service.

A total of 678 Ontario homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Dec. 21. Included are 444 single-family homes ranging from $67,000 to $1.2 million. There were 234 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Ontario on Dec. 21, with list prices ranging from $69,000 to $800,000.

The MLS lists 316 Ontario listings as vacant, 258 as "short sales," and 134 as owned by lenders who foreclosed on defaulted loans.

There were 33 Ontario homes reported as sold in the MLS in the week ending Dec. 20, 2008.

The MLS lists 324 Ontario listings as vacant, 260 as "short sales," and 136 as owned by lenders who foreclosed on defaulted loans.

There were 13 Ontario homes reported as sold in the MLS in the week ending Dec. 13, 2008.

The event will be on Euclid Avenue, from Holt Boulevard to G Street on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There's no admission charge, but with 30,000 shoppers expected, you may have to park a few blocks away.
