20,369 Homes SOLD in July 2008

This is an increase of 13.8% over last year!

$505,000 Median Price for a Home in July 2007

$348,000 Median Price for a Home in July 2008

This is a decrease of 31.1% in the median price for a home in Southern California.

Home Buyers that have waited for the "bottom" are now moving to buy homes that are on the market, including short sales and foreclosures.
