About Rancho Bernardo's Del Sur

Farmers Markets in San Diego are fairweather events. We may get a little breeze or too much sunshine but not often do we have to worry about inclement weather to make the experience of shopping at a Farmers Market difficult or challenging. The Del Sur community is located far enough East of Rancho Bernardo and far enough West of the coast to be a perfect location for a weekly market. Also the afternoon into evening time slot draws commuters on their way home from work as well as the local residents. Sponsored by the Del Sur Educational Foundation raising needed funds for special projects at the local Poway Unified Schools in the area,

this local event has taken no time at all to become popular with the residents living in neighboring communities including 4S Ranch as well as Del Sur!

El Norte High School, the newest high school in the Poway Unified Scool District is located just around the corner from the Farmers Market site.

This market is open to the public between 3pm and 7pm every Thursday.

On the corner of Rancho Bernardo Road where it intersects Camino Del Norte to become Camino Del Sur, you will find a myriad of vendors not only including lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh flowers. There are also jewelry vendors and home improvement vendors, great food, drinks, music and entertainment!
