About Rancho Cucamonga's Day Creek

Who do I want to be today....and WHAT do I want to accomplish? (EVERTHING?) What saying do you hear in your head that keeps you inspired?

Todd Picconi, INLAND EMPIRE TOP PRODUCER FOR 20 YEARS! 909.908.7376: Real Estate Agent in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Have you ever run into that Agent who is always expecting the worst? (nevermind Agent, that person lol) They may be sitting just outside your office, at the front desk or on the other end of the telephone tomorrow. What are you going to say to them? How are you going to "be" with them? How do you make a difference? Afterall, we are "Active Rain"....We see no bounds, we can jump higher than most. And we can inspire, affect and/or bring others with us all day long!!

...I digress.

Well, I met them about a billion times this week....and they were not very realistic either! Wasting their time on pipe dreams and for what? How important is it that I stay positive....and not allow these people to derail me..(????)....that's what I kept telling myself anyway.

POSITIVE EXPECTATIONS = POSITIVE RESULTS

NEGATIVE EXPECTATIONS = ?

Who do I want to be today and what do I want to accomplish?

...Someone once told me, "You Deserve What You Expect."

Stay around positive people and watch your results SOAR.

What are some of your favorite sayings that keep you inspired?

My Grandmother used to say, "Tira Avanti!" ...which translates in google translate tonight to "Pulls Out"...but I think she meant it as, "Press On, Todd!!" The saying has always kept me positive, hopeful and eventually getting to a better place. Do you have a saying that you hear on occasion in your head?

Thanks for listening to my banter....I guess I am trying to remind myself to press on. And, maybe giving a little encouragement through photos and words for you to do the same. It can be challenging at times and we need to CHEER each other on to do GREAT THINGS.

PS

Another one of my mentor's used to say,

"I will persist until I succeed."

I think he had something....what do you think?

The Importance of PMA

Todd Picconi, INLAND EMPIRE TOP PRODUCER FOR 20 YEARS! 909.908.7376: Real Estate Agent in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Does everyone know what PMA is?

POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE!!

In these changing times, it's important to keep one....and I will go to just about any length to ensure the same. Not only is it important to surround yourself with people who are positive in their outlook, thinking and speaking (and actions), but it's important to keep your (especially) Buyers' attitudes "Positive"!

How do you do that? Any ideas?

  • Well, return their phone calls. It's important to be in contact with them and also to let them know how important they and their current and future business is to you. This is one way you will survive these economic times and investing in future by treating your client the right way is only one way that things can keep getting better and better.
  • Keep yourself on track! If you need to do research and get back with them about a property they are inquiring about, do it.
  • If you're on a listing appointment and you remember (of course you will remember!) to ask them when you can follow-up with them, then whenever they give you permission to call or email to check-in, do it. Why not? What have you got to lose?
  • Be on time...If your appointment is at 2pm, you may want to arrive by 1:55pm and be waiting in the car until around 1:57pm then get out, get your briefcase and go knock on their door. If the appointment is at your office, be sure your desk is cleared by 1:50pm, take a freshen up break, focus and leave your office door open or walk by your lobby so you can be there, when they walk in. Service is one of the most important things right now, right?

Who doesn't like great service?

I feel so much better when I've got my ducks in a row and know that I'm doing everything for my clients. It's what professionalism and great service are all about.

We got our game down...now, let's get out there and help people accomplish their goals.

I remember reading a quote years ago that said, "If you help enough people achieve what they want, you can get what you want, too."....Let's do it!
