Tahoe Park is a wonderful affordable East Sacramento neighborhood. Close in location to Downtown and the ever bustling midtown area. Close to shopping, restaurants and convenient freeway access. A wonderful alternative to more expensive neighborhoods in East Sacramento, Land Park and Curtis Park. Tahoe Park really is a charmming less expensive alternative.
Tahoe Park features a delightful mix of of housing. 50s ranch style, 20s and 30s bungalows and the ever popular mid century craftsman. Most are 2 to 3 bedroom with the occasional added master bedroom. Beautiful mature tree lined streets are everywhere. For those not quit sure where Tahoe Park is in East Sacramento please see the attached map.
So what do I mean by affordable? Most homes in Tahoe Park range in value from $150,000 to the rare $275,000. You can check the MLS to get a good idea of current inventory Tahoe Park and just what you can get for your money. Just the other day I viewed a wonderful completely remodeled home for $250,000.
Having affordable home prices, Being close to Downtown and Midtown. being close to Sacramento State University and UCD Med Center , make Tahoe Park a wonderful established neighborhood to consider when shopping for your next home. Oh, and there really is a charming Park in Tahoe Park.
