About Salinas' Las Palmas Ranch

Charlie is 3 years old and a big part of our family. He is my first dog and is like having a son. As you dog lovers know, dogs become an integral part of the family!

This is my favorite photo of Charlie!!!

Of course, this is a good one too! We get alot of deer in our yard and Charlie wanted to have a look!

To date there are 26 Active listings in Las Palmas. Both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Out of the 26 homes for sale 7 of those are bank owned! As you can see if you know this area there are a few good deals to be had here. But I believe this market, especially in this area, will turn around. It is just going to take a bit to move some of this inventory.

This is the community pool. It includes a lap pool, hot tub, and large pool that you see here. There is also a restroom and changing area as well as lots of lawn to sit on and oak trees to sit under.
