From time to time I have Realtors and Clients call me to run their credit with Trans Union, Equifax and Experian and I don't mind doing this for them at all but I always want to make sure that my clients and Realtor Partners understand that you can get a free credit report without creating an inquiry on your credit simply by going to www.annualcreditreport.com. Remember, it is free to run all 3 agencies.
However, if you are wanting a fico score to come along with your credit report they do charge a small fee. I would suggest you skip getting your fico and simply running your credit only. If you have trouble understanding what you are looking at and need some help understanding which accounts are hurting you then call me at 909-952-2882. You can also email me a copy or fax it to 760-780-4631.
Together we can solve problems!

REO Transaction that we are finally closing after 3 months!
Yes, that is correct believe it or not we were ready to fund on this transaction three weeks after going into escrow.... yes, I said three weeks after opening escrow and the day of funding the servicer is unable to produce the Interim Deed and POA from Fannie Mae.
Now, you would think that this would be solved over a couple of days because the there was a mix up of paper work or something. Well, not the case at all in fact there were no Interim Deed or POA. In fact, I feel bad for both Realtors on the listing side and buyers side because this servicer had no right to list the house for sale. How frustrating this has been for both the client, agents and myself. We worked so hard and the escrow company was cold and rude all the way up until the end.
I finally got in contact with the asset manager myself who over the course of 4 weeks, some lawyers and hard work we finally received this Interim Deed and POA. As of tomorrow morning we will be funding and this whole nightmare will be in the past!
My only hope is that the client loves this house after all of this work. The one benefit to all of this is to know that through trials and tribulations we grow stronger and smarter. Our industry has become harder than ever but this is proof that working together with professionals you are familiar with will greatly increase your odds of closing these deals.

Look At The New San Bernardino International Airport

Norton Air Force Base, named for San Bernardino's native Capt. Leland Francis Norton (1920-1944), closed in 1995. The facility was located 2 miles east of downtown San Bernardino, California. The Norton facility has now become the new San Bernardino International Airport. The majority of the San Bernardino International Airport is now complete with beautiful roadways and streetscapes. The entire area around the old Norton Air Force Base site is transforming into a catalyst for new investment in the area bringing additional jobs and increased economic vitality to the entire Inland Empire region.

Private development around the San Bernardino International Airport has helped turn the area into jobs and revenue for the city of San Bernardino as several companies have opened distribution centers on the property. Mattel opened a distribution center in 2004, consolidating three other smaller centers from around Southern California into a single location. Stater Brothers Markets also built a new headquarters as well as a centralized warehousing facility. The completion of the project in 2007 consolidated the headquarters and a warehouse from nearby Colton, CA as well as several other warehouses that had been located around the Inland Empire into a single location. Industrial buildings used by Pep Boys Auto and Kohl's are also located on the premises.
Principal access to the will be by way of the 215 Freeway. Second Street merges into Third Street, which then becomes Fourth Street at the San Bernardino International Airport; It then merges into Fifth Street which connects to the 210 freeway on the opposite side of the valley. The 210 Freeway is the principal access point to the San Bernardino International Airport from the East.
If you haven't been out San Bernardino way in a while, take and drive and see the growth around the new San Bernardino International Airport.

We Love The Inland Empire of Southern California!
The Inland Empire of Southern California, (also known as The IE) is the unofficial name of an area approximately 60 miles from north to south and some 50 miles wide that is adjacent to, and inland from, the Los Angeles and Orange Counties. San Diego County lies to the South and Palm Springs to the East. The Inland Empire spans Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and is roughly 2/3rds the size of Connecticut.
Previously referred to as the Orange Empire for the area's historical orange groves and citrus industry, the term "Inland Empire" was coined in the 1950's.

Comprised mainly of the San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, the Inland Empire includes over 35 cities, such as Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana, Rialto, Corona, Riverside, Moreno Valley and Palm Springs plus many others. The Inland Empire is not only the second largest region in California, but is also in the top twelve of the entire United States.
About 10,000 acres of irrigated land was lost due to the area's expansion between 2002 and 2004. Even though urbanization continues to cut into the Inland Empire's agricultural lands, the two-county region still produces substantial crops enabling agriculture to still bring in over a billion dollars in revenues annually.
Three major airports serve the Inland Empire Metropolitan Area: Ontario, Palm Springs, and the new San Bernardino International Airport.
Various locations in the Inland Empire provide venues for cultural performances and entertainment. The City of Rancho Cucamonga's Victoria Gardens Cultural Center provides theatre, concerts and family entertainment to the Inland Empire. The San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino's Devore neighborhood is the nation's largest outdoor amphitheater. Ontario Mills Outlet draws more visitors annually than Disneyland, and San Bernardino's "Route 66 Rendezvous (the largest classical car show in the US)," an annual street fair and classic car show, draws a half-million people to Southern California's Inland Empire from around the world.

The Inland Empire is one of the only places in the United States where you are 45 minutes from ski slopes and 45 minutes from the beach; occasionally during the year, the weather allows both skiing and surfing on the same day! The Inland Empire offers many advantages for the outdoor enthusiasts such as equestrian sports, snowboarding, off roading, fishing, jet skiing, biking, racing, hiking, camping, sky diving, hot air ballooning and four-wheeling.
Although the Inland Empire's large industries have been affected by the recession of the late-2000's, the Inland Empire is projected to remain California's fastest-growing region for some time to come.
These are just a few of the reasons, We Love the Inland Empire of Southern California!

The Book of Nehemiah
When I heard these words, I sat down and wept and mourned for days; and I was fasting and praying before God of heaven.
5. I/ said, "I beseech You, O Lord God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who preserves the covenant and lovingkindness for those who love Him and keep His commandments,
6. let Your ear now be attentive and Your eyes open to hear the prayer of Your servant which I am praying before You now, day and night, on behalf of the sons of Israel Your servants, confessing the sins of the sons of Irael which we have sinned against You; I and my father's house have sinned.
7. "We have acted very corruptly against You and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, now the ordinances which You commanded Your servant Moses.
8. "Remember the word which You commanded Your servant Moses, saying 'If you are unfaithful I will scatter you among the peoples;
9. but if you return to Me and keep My commandments and do them, though those of you who have been scattered were in the most remote part of heavens, I will gather them from there and will bring them to the place where I have chosen to cause My name to dwell.'
10. "They are Your servants and Your people whom You redeemed by your great power and by your strong hand.
May the words of this passage speak to you, bring you more clarity and peace of mind. I have accumulated notes during my walk with God and throughout the process of becoming a re born again Christian, not more than 3 years ago. Dial in your reading, create your interpretation, have an ear to hear and listen to the Wise. Not now, however, I look forward to sharing concrete information to you, that I received from very Earthly lead pastors of nearby cities.
