All units have in-unit laundries.

HOA fees are about $240 to $265 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, trash pickup, water, and limited insurance.

Friars Village condominium community in San Diego's Mission ValleyFriars Village is a large condominium community of 440 units in zip code 92111 at the western end of Mission Valley and very close to the University of San Diego. If you live in Friars Village, you can enjoy a swimming pool, spa, outdoor grills and picnic areas, a children's playground, great landscaping that includes fountains, and a club house.

For those who like to golf, Riverwalk Golf Course, a public course, is nearby. Also nearby are several shopping malls, including Fashion Valley Mall and Hazard Center.

Friars Village condominium community in San Diego's Mission ValleyYou can catch the San Diego Trolley at the Morena/Linda Vista station or the Fashion Valley Transit Station, which is also a meeting spot for buses and taxis to and from Mission Valley.

Units range in size from 948 square feet to 1,730 square feet. Floor plans include 2/1, 2/2, 3/2, 3/3, and 4/2 bedrooms/bathrooms. All units have in-unit laundries.

Monthly HOA dues are about $329 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, water, sewer, trash pickup, termite prevention, and limited insurance.

A check with the FHA indicates that Friars Village is not FHA approved. It also is not VA approved.
