San Juan Capistrano Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony 2010, December 4

Are you ready for to jump start the Christmas Season? The City of San Juan Capistrano's annual Tree Lighting Ceremony is Saturday, December 4th from 4:15 to 9pm. The city's businesses will open their doors for this special evening.

Come join in the festivities at the Historic Town Center Park, 31852 El Camino Real Street. San Juan Hills & Capistrano Valley High School Music Programs will join the City's very own Ballet Folklorico dance group will perform on stage. Small groups from the State Champion CAPO Marching Band will also perform in small groups around town. Students from a local Conservatory of the Arts have designed a stage production filled with song and dance.

The official lighting of the Christmas Tree takes place at 5:45pm after which a candle light procession will lead guests out of the park and over to the San Juan Capistrano Mission and downtown. Additional activities taking place throughout the downtown area will include a free mechanical"Holiday Train" ride for the kids, photos with Santa in Los Rios Park, activities at the San Juan Capistrano Mission, Live Nativity, Pony Rides, Petting Zoo & Hayrides at ZOOMARS on Los Rios & River Street. Time after time, the Staging Statistics confirm that Staging is the best investment that your seller can make. The home pictured above was on the market for one year, un-Staged. After the client hired a new Realtor, who encouraged Staging, the house had an offer within one month!

Buyers need to imagine themselves living in the space that they see, not what will be, either on-line or in person. I can't imagine anyone relating to the un-Staged photo above. Personally, when I don't see photos of the inside of the home in the listing, I'm sure that it is a dump... or looks like one and the Realtor is embarrassed to show it in the listing photos. Definitely a red flag!
