December 2011 Sales Update - San Marino CA

According to our local multiple listing service as of January 19, there were seven sales in the city of San Marino during December 2011. The sale prices ranged from $1,130,000 to $3,500,000 with the average sales price $1,925,571 and the median $1,630,000. In 2010, there were eight sales. These sales ranged from $1,120,000 to $5,200,000. The average was $2,045,938 and the median was $1,522,500.

San Marino CA - November 2011 Sales Recap

There were eleven properties that sold in San Marino in November 2011 according to our local multiple listing service records. The sales price ranged from $1,100,000(a five bedroom/four bath home on Kerns Avenue) to $6,680,000(Shandandoah Road four bedroom home with 6766 square feet on a 51,500 square foot lot). The average sales price for the month was $2,544,317 with a median sales price of $1,691,000.

In November 2010 there were two sales. The lower price home that sold was on Chandler Place and sold for $2,500,000 and the higher price was on Westhaven Road and closed escrow at $2,639,800.
